At Lee Christian Preschool Academy we are much more than a daycare. In our Infant program we balance love and cuddle time with healthy exploration. From sensory experiences to physical abilities, infants have much to learn and discover about themselves and the new world around them.
We create a loving and secure environment for your baby, providing peaceful sleeping space as well as one-on-one play and nurturing time. Our warm and caring teachers spend time cuddling and talking to your infant to bond with them, instill trust and build a healthy relationship. We also interact and guide your infant with age-appropriate play time and toys to provide a healthy early learning environment for movement, exploration, and communication.
Cognitive Stimulation and Physical Development
Our Infant Program is designed for babies 6 weeks old to 12 months old. In this program we teach our proprietary curriculum which emphasizes the development of core muscle groups, fine and gross motor skills and language acquisition. We sing songs, read stories and enjoy playtime experiences that help boost your child’s communication, physical abilities and cognitive development. We help your child transition from infant to toddler as your growing child learns new sounds, sign language, vocabulary, and fine/gross motor skills.
In their later months we will help them tell us what they need by teaching basic sign language such as “eat” and “more”. You will be provided with a daily report for your child with all the details you need to know! It includes the basics such as your child’s eating, diapering and sleeping schedule, along with fun and informative details regarding his or her activities for the day. Our teachers ensure that your baby will receive the best care, attention and opportunities for development.
