New Student Application
Preschool (Infant – 4 years old)
Please contact the school office at (919)708-5115 to confirm availability.
School-age (Kindergarten -12th grade):
- Fill out the Inquiry Form below.
- Once inquiry form is received, the Lee Christian School Office will contact you by phone or email to schedule a tour.
- After your school tour, within 48 hours, our office will inform you on how to apply.
- Once your application is completed, the LCS Office will schedule an Assessment & Interview with you and your student.
- To complete the process, you will be notified via email or phone about further steps to enrollment.
What to bring to the interview:
A recent report card and last year’s final report card.
- Any IEP information (if applicable).
Kindergarten Enrollment
The following information is needed for Kindergarten student enrollment:
1) Must be age 5 on or before August 30th of the year that your child is presented for enrollment.
2) A completed Kindergarten Health Assessment Form
3) Current Immunization Record
4) Copy of birth certificate
